Last training session with my personal trainer James Walker yesterday. Only a couple of light pad work rounds so no blood this time, unlike the day before…

It’s been fantastic working with James and depending how Sunday goes he is either a amazing boxing training legend or crap. Seriously though, if anyone in Leeds is after a personal trainer or simply wants to pay someone to punch you – he is your man!

So now it’s time to relax for a couple of days before the fight. Obviously need to make sure the diet is spot on so going to do some ‘carb loading’ So today its off on an all day, real ale pub crawl around 12 pubs in Leeds as beer must be the perfect, easily digestible carbohydrate. Although James has assured me it’s not 100% vital to carb load for a 6-minute fight I am taking no chances!
